My korean friends are looking for a single-room flatmate at a new apartment next to Albany Rosedale Wang Mart (Korea supermarket) and Taepyeong (Chinese super market).

It is easy to enter the motorway, and it is very convenient because convenience stores, bakeries, Rosedale Wang Mart (Korea supermarket), Chinese Mart (Taepyeong), Korean restaurants, Chiness restaurants, Burger King, BP gas station, cafe, pharmacy, etc. are located within 5 minutes' walk.

Bond fee for 2 weeks + Notice for 2 weeks.
