We are a well established a Cleaning Chemical company in Aucklandfor 20 years. We now need to find a mature andcompetent office Customer Service person. This is a full time position in afriendly small company. This position ismainly to process customers orders and other general office duties. Workinghours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, four and half days from Monday to Friday.
For this position you will need skillsin:
- · Good computerskills in Microsoft office for Outlook, Excel, Word;
- · Familiar with MYOBor experience with transactional accountings;
- · Excellent telephonemanners with customers
- · General officeduties
- · Good command ofEnglish and Chinese in speaking and writings
To beconsidered, you also need to demonstrate the following:
- · Honest, friendly and responsible at work;
- · Well organised with prioritising skills;
- · Accurate in numbers with high attention at details;
- · Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- · A Team worker at work
- · PR, or has legal work permit in NZ
