Position: Financial Assistant and Internal Processing Manager Location: Auckland CBD
Responsibilities / Requirement / Preference: · Accounts payable and receivables · General Ledger · Work with the business processing team to complete daily business transactions. · Strong business acumen with a drive to deliver business results. · Apply compliance understanding and patience on daily transactions to ensure compliance requirements and risk governance and control. · Generate sales data reports in multi-dimension for the specific sales performance analysis. · General office administration · Provide support to the Directors
· Cloud system literacy, in particular with Xero. · In-depth experience with Office tools · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent attention to detail and be highly organised · Accurate reporting and analysis skills · Well organised with the ability to manage your time and meet deadlines
· Chinese & English Bilinguals is a must. · An accounting and/or Finance background is preferable. · NZ Residency is preferable.
