Job Description

One Motor Group is 12 years of experience, Over 7000 square meters mega-warehouse at the Centre of New Lynn.

Due to ongoing business growth. We are looking for a Sales Manager who would have the knowledge and background to fill an important position.

The key functions of this role are:
This position involves cars and insurance sales and add-ons, providing customers options with purchasing their new vehicle.
The role will also include relieving and assisting the Sales Manager where required.

A successful candidate will hold the following attributes:
Maximizing profitability and upsell opportunities.
Supporting other departments and remaining cohesive always

Skills and personal traits required:
Excellent command of written and verbal English
A genuine and compassionate approach to customer service
A team Leader
Have a positive and can-do attitude

Your KPIs will be based on sales objectives and CSI targets with attractive remuneration and bonuses based on their achievement.

Previous experience in a similar role or in other aspects of the retail automotive business will be advantageous however all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills and traits required will be considered.
