We are a dietary supplement contract manufacturer based in Browns Bay, Auckland.
This is a permanent opportunity, with normal office hours Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm (flexi hour negotiable). If you come from an accounts/production background, even better. However, if you don't we still want to hear from you.
Role details: - - General office administration tasks
- - Use accounting software Xero (entering bills, issuing invoices/purchase order, reconciliation)
- - Payroll (monthly)
- - Stock inventory & warehousing
To be successful in this role: - MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK, LISTEN, WRITE AND READ IN ENGLISH - - Previous experience in office administration/accounting preferred
- - High level of accuracy and attention to detail, and good mathematical understanding
- - Organisational and time management skills
- - Excellent communication skills
