We are seeking an Experienced Graduate Architect/ Registered Architect and an Architectural Draftsperson to join our busy international Studio.

Experienced Graduate Architect/ Registered Architect

Ideal Attributes:

·         4 years plus of Architectural experience

·         Creative, innovative and collaborative, with an excellent design ability and technical expertise

·         Self-starter  

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Able to work unsupervised

·         Proven technical capabilities

·         In depth knowledge of the NZ construction, codes and standards

Key Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture

·         Revit and Adobe Suite knowledge

·         Experience in Lumion would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite

Architectural Draftsperson

The successful candidate must be familiar with a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following:

·         A suitable qualification from a recognised institution

• Proficient in Revit
• Strong practical detailing knowledge
  

·         Good presentation skills

·         A keen sense of design

·         Be able to deliver accurate documentation in a timely manner

·         Excellent collaboration and communication skills
