About the Company

We are an Auckland – based property investment and development company. The business has invested in a number of residential properties including terrace houses with high yields in premium locations. The business also owns multiple urban development sites around Central Auckland and is continuing with further land acquisition.

About the role

Explore a career in the real estate investment and development industry. This internship provides you the foundation you need to grow and gain significant work experience. The Office Admin and Accountant Assistant will support the director as an assistant and work closely with our group accountant. This is a diverse role which will work across our different businesses to provide varying levels of admin support. Term of the internship will be negotiated in the interview. Opportunity to a full-time position.


Skills & qualifications

·      Native level competency in English;

·      Accounting, finance or commerce background preferred;

·      Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft office suit;

·      Good written and verbal communication skill;

·      A positive “can do” attitude.


Tasks & responsibilities

·      Providing administration support to the director and logistics support within the team;

·      Assisting the group accountant with book-keeping and issuance of invoices;

·      Taking minutes of internal meetings;

·      Management of electronic files and records;

·      Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;

·      Sorting incoming mails;

·      Other work as required by the manager.
