About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to the join fast-growing business in the property investment and development industry. Reporting to the Director, you will be a senior member of the leadership team and contribute to the strategic growth and profitability of the business.

Skills & experience

·      Strong and proven people management and leadership skills;

·      The ability to prioritise and manage resources and work flow;

·      Native level competency in English;

·      Extensive knowledge in New Zealand tax and commercial law preferred;

·      Experience in property investment and development industry an advantage;

·      5 years’ experience in Operation Management preferred;

·      Energetic, optimistic, self-motivated.

Tasks & responsibilities

·      Overall management of the operation of the business;

·      Daily management of the team and providing feedback and direction;

·      Planning, organisng, and directing all resources to enhance performance of your team;

·      Review workloads and performances of employees, report to Director as appropriate;

·      Developing operational plans and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures;

·      Ensuring the organization’s processes remain legally and regulatory compliant;

·      Ensuring delivery of strategic and operational objectives;

·      Oversight of budgets, funding, and cashflow of the business;

·      Other work as required by the Director.
