Role Description We are looking for an Administration Assistant based in ourManukau office. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of marketing/productclaim tasks, to contribute to the smooth running of the company throughensuring all administrative functions are completed as required, on time anddelivered in the most efficient and effective manner. Key tasks include: · Data entry of daily marketing activities · Assist POE collecting and reports reviewing ofmarketing/product claims · Ensure all information is filed and saved in thesystem accurately in a timely manner. · Any other supporting tasks as required About you The successful candidate will ideally have: · Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal · Good Excel and Power Point knowledge · A multitasker with great time management skills · Detail oriented · Can work independentlyas well as in a team. · Fresh graduates are welcome, full training will beprovided
