Purpose of the role: The role is responsible for operating and monitoring production machines to meet the production targets on a daily basis. Detailed duties Interpret production plans and prepare equipment for production Conduct pre-production preparation including raw material, packaging material, and documentation for compliance purpose Operate machines to complete various technical processing of raw material Monitor equipment status and conduct quality control inspection Complete production records (both paper and digital records) Investigate quality issues and make suggestions on improvement Troubleshooting on minor breakdowns and assist engineers with equipment maintenance and repair. Perform GMP compliance duties in assigned areas Ideal Candidate: Relevant experience is desired but we are also open to provide training to the right junior candidates.
