We are seeking an expert Mobile Phone Technician that has experience with Samsung devices.

Ideally, you will have worked for a successful mobile phone repair shop, possess knowledge about repairing Samsung products and have least 2 years experience servicing and repairing electronics devices or home appliances in NZ.

Mobile Phone Technicians will need to partake in the following:
• Conduct tests, analyze and repair Samsung Electronics devices including mobile phones, tablets, watches and accessories.
• Level 1, 2 and 3 repairs
• Adhering to required company standards and procedures, as well as completion of high-quality post-repair testing and diagnostics
• Completing repairs to the required standard within the designated time period, with minimal re-service/return rate.
• Component Level Fault Resolution and Hand Soldering
• BGA operation
• Hardware repairs including LCD and cosmetic repairs as well as identifying and resolving component faults.
• Software repairs including device re-flashing, IMEI writing, Running Diagnosis tools and using Water Resistance Testing tools.
• Working within strict manufacturers guidelines.
• Assemble units after repairs are made, making adjustments and cleaning as needed.
• Working full time 40-hour week (with possible overtime) between the hours of 09.00 to 05.30 from Monday to Friday.

• Work well in a team
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Be computer literate
• Show initiative to troubleshoot problems as they arise
• Have experience with Samsung mobile phone repairs.

You will receive training in the service and repair of our product range and will have support from the rest of our team as well as our International Client.
