You are in luck! We are looking for a part time Customer service and front of house role.

Your roles will consist of:

• Organization, coordination and direction of gaming sessions in both a public and private format.
• General administration
• Serving customers and money handling
• Housekeeping duties
• Solving customer complaints
• Respond to customer phone, email and Facebook inquiries
• Make booking reservations and following up on payments
• Prepare daily operation tasks and duties for the shift
• Assist the team on the development and operation of the business
  

Our ideal candidate would be a person who has the following:

• Have the confidence to speak to small to large volume of people at once
• Humble, honest, friendly and trustworthy
• Can work evenings and Weekends
• Good time management
• Hungry to learn and committed to growth
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Has customer service experience
• Is self-motivated and can think outside the box
• Can use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Has experience in phone and email etiquette
• Is patient
  

The successful applicant will work Friday, Saturday and Sundays. For this Position, you will work 24 hours a week with potential of extra hours.

As a candidate you must have the ability to reliably travel to Glendene, West Auckland.

Candidates having customer service and/or Airsoft experience will be a bonus but are not required.

*This position may require a volunteer training period.
