We are an established and growing Chartered Accounting Practice based in Takapuna with an opening vacancy for an intermediate accountant to join our team.
You will be experienced with Xero & MYOB and be interested in taxation compliance and consultancy and expanding business development services. This is an awesome chance to develop skills beyond the numbers and enjoy variety.
A successful applicant should possess: - Minimum of 3 years work experience in a professional services or corporate tax environment
- A professional qualification in accounting
- A strong understanding of end to end tax processes & the NZ tax environment
- Excellent team player and proven organisational and communications skills.
- An energetic and proactive attitude
- Results focused & client oriented
- English and Mandarin speaker

You will be responsible for: - Developing business development services for new and existing clients.
- Tax compliance and filing tax returns
- Preparing Financial Statements.
- Providing a broad range of services to clients including meeting compliance requirements, tax planning, cash flow management, budgeting.
- Identifying technical issues for clients and working out solutions.
- Managing workflow and completing jobs within budget.
