Customer support technician

Must have Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills. The ideal candidates will be intensely customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner - 2 / 3 years Internet and computer experience would be mandatory. Skills required: - Hands on experience in computer, Windows operating systems and network installation and maintenance
- Able to diagnose and repair both network and computer faults quickly
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong call control/call management and follow-through skills
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
