PURPOSE OF POSITION
The main responsibilities of this role Sales Support are to provide dedicated sales support for the International Sales Manager and OEM customers including ingredient sales, assisting with logistics and export process, whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders to handle customers’ enquiries and complaints.
Sales Order Processing – Exports and OEM
- Interpret and negotiate the needs of the customers and sales order requirements to the supply chain team
- Follow up and keep tracking on sales order status in terms of production and delivery schedule and report to the manager and the customers on a timely basis
Customer Relationship Management
- Support manager to deal with all aspects of the customer relationship in terms of customer enquiries, after-sales support and complaints
- Follow up on sales order forecast with customers
- Take ownership of resolving customer escalations
- Maintain regular contact and productive communication with all involved parties including customers, manufacturing, marketing, accounting and management as appropriate
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a sales support role where you have enabled sales representatives/managers
- Proven experience in the honey industry or a manufacturing/FMCG sales support role is a plus
- Able to quickly build rapport with customers, team members & internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin
- Strong stakeholder management and rapport building skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Highly effective organization and prioritization skills with the ability to work autonomously, driving your workload through to completion
- Able to work independently or in a team, with the ability to follow through to get things done
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
