Requirements Ø Basic understanding of mobile phones and IT products Ø Exceptional customer service skills. Ø Basic accounts knowledge or reconciliation experience preferred but not essential. Ø Excellent command of spoken English. Ø Outgoing personality and an excellent team player. Ø Attention to details. Ø Ability to work one weekend and/or late nights
