Store Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Exceed personal and team service and sales targets

• Regularly host meetings of the store, and rationally deploy and manage the employees of the store, including the monitoring of the shift schedule and the attendance sheet.

• Determine products mixes, stock levels and service standards.

• Maintain records of stock levels and make sure transactions successfully and accurate.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Be responsible for ensuring cash register balance and for the security of all money.

• Be responsible for checking and ensuring the price is reasonable.

• Be responsible for promotion, advertising, merchandising.
