This position reports to the Project Manager and presents an opportunity for professional and personal growth. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will estimate and monitors construction costs from the project feasibility stage, through tender preparation, to the construction period and beyond.

- 5+ years proved relevant work experience (Preferred)This position reports to the Project Manager and presents an opportunity for professional and personal growth. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will estimate and monitors construction costs from the project feasibility stage, through tender preparation, to the construction period and beyond.
- A minimum of 3 years of Architectural work experience in NZ (on similar project types).
- Experience running projects autonomously.
- Familiar with building codes, residential builds.
- Articulate and confident when presenting to clients.
- Proficient with ArchiCAD.
- 3-5 years proved relevant work experience (Preferred)· Proficient working knowledge of NZS3604, NZBC, Building Consent Process (Preferred)This position reports to the Directors and presents an opportunity for professional and personal growth. As the Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility across multiple projects, providing leadership, mentoring and development to the site managers and quantity surveyors delivering those projects.
Skills
- Broad experience in the Construction industry
- Knowledge of building and service regulations and statutory obligations
- Highly developed skills in team management and stakeholder management
- Well-developed computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Project and other management tools
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in construction management
As Project Administrator, you are required to undertake the administration of contracts, organizational programs, special projects, and support services. This includes liaisons with contractors, suppliers, contract management.
