Are you currently studying IT and looking to take your first step in gaining experience in the marketplace? Then, this is a good opportunity for you to step into IT environment.

We require experienced and driven Customer Service and Sales consultants who represent our products and services in order to obtain new customers.

Must have Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidates will be intensely customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner - 2 / 3 years Internet and computer experience would be mandatory.

Skills required:

Hands on experience in computer, Windows operating systems and network installation and maintenance
Able to diagnose and repair both network and computer faults quickly
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong call control/call management and follow-through skills
Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
