以下是对IT开发人员的要求：

Frontend Developer

Qualifciation with Computer Science/Information Technology
Strong technical fundamentals, including an understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with Vue.js/React frameworks
Experience with Metirial Design/AntD CSS framework
Experience working with RESTfull API
Experience with git source contol tools and workflows
Experience with Next.js and good understanding of SSR technology will be a plus but not necessary
Responsive development cross mobile and destop development
Being comfortable working under multi-task task within the constrains of timelines
A drive for continous personal development

Backend .Net Developer

Qualifciation with Computer Science/Information Technology
Strong technical fundamentals, including an understanding of C#, Database, HTTP, OAuth2
Experience with .Net Core and Microservice with CI/CD pipeline based on Docker
Experience with Entit framework / Dapper ORM
Experience with MySQL/SQL Server
Experience working with RESTfull API integration
Experience with Event Bus/Message Queue technology(RabbitMQ, Redis or native cloud message queue)
Experience with git source contol tools and workflows
Experience with Next.js and good understanding of SSR technology will be a plus but not necessary
Responsive development cross mobile and destop development
Being comfortable working under multi-task task within the constrains of timelines
A drive for continous personal development
