We are an Auckland-based residential development and construction company that is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our fast-growing team. This is an entry-level position great for applicants who have excellent administration skills and looking for a long-term career in the development and construction industry.
About you
Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
Relevant tertiary education
Good use of MS Office, Google Docs, Dropbox, and Gmail
Attention to details
Excellent documentation skills
Confidence under pressure
Great communication and organizational skills along with a "can-do" attitude where no job is too big or small.
Variety of tasks every day
About the role
Accurate data entry and data management including the importing and exporting of data
Managing payable and receivable invoices including entry and batch payments
Completing bank reconciliations
Accurate document management of Xero and online files
Save all invoice hard copies into correspond folders. Regularly check and put filled folders into archive box and safe keep them in the storage
Answering incoming calls and meeting and greeting clients
Assist with organising meetings
Communications with governance and Management staff to ensure smooth operations
Receiving, sorting, filing, referring and dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, memos, emails and couriers.
General administration duties as required Attend to any other reasonable tasks allocated by the employer
Work closely with site managers and QS.
