Harcourts Three Kings is seeking a Junior Administrator for our fun and dynamic team.

The successful applicant for this position will provide exceptional administration support to the team.

Some Key Responsibility Include:

Creating & Updating online listings
Preparing & booking advertising
Liaised with legal department regarding Public Trust Account and AML
Data Entry and Management
Ongoing support and backup for team or by request from Salespeople
General day to day administration tasks for running of the Real Estate office

Ideal applicants will also deliver the following:

Excellent written skills to draft advertising
Excellent people skills
Advanced Excel and Word skills
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to take initiative
Ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
