We are seeking a Permanent night shiftstaff to join our friendly team.
Location: Auckland Mangere/Airport Area
Shift Hours: 11pm-7am or 6pm-7am
Days: Weekend （2 days or 3 days a week)
Requirements:
- Have previous work experiences in receptionistor customer service area
- Excellent communication skill is amust, both oral and written
- Hold a full NZ driver license
- Be physically fit
- Able to work independently
- Excellent health - long working hoursand most involve driving
- Computer literate with solid knowledgeof Microsoft Office/Windows

- Able to problem solve and strive forefficiency in all processes and workflows
- Outstanding customer service
Responsibilities will include, but arenot limited to:
- Airport shuttle transfers
- Security monitoring
- Dealing with customers in person, overthe phone and by emails
- Processing of guest reservations,check-in and check-out using computer software
- Helping with guests' enquiries
- Cash handling
Minimum wage to startwith. Rates will be reviewed later based on the personal performance.
