知名的快消品牌新西兰的总部，东区办公室，工作环境舒适，同事关系融洽。现招聘一名全职 线上/电商客服代表。

工作时间：周一至五， 9am - 530pm.

岗位描述

1. 通过邮件，社交媒体和电话回复用户的咨询及反馈；

2. 运用个人服务技巧、服务意识提升用户满意度，维护公司品牌与企业形象；

3. 严格按照公司管理模式、工作流程标准开展工作，确保良好的服务状态，工作顺畅高效。

任职要求

1. 积极乐观的工作态度；中英文流利。

2. 较强的责任心；具备敏捷的反应能力，良好的倾听、理解、表达能力及服务意识；做事细致耐心，个人学习、自律能力强；

3. 良好的团队精神，能较快的适应工作环境；心理承受能力强，可在较大的工作、学习压力下优异的完成工作任务；

4. 能熟练运用MS Office 和 Outlook;

5. 需要时能为销售客服 (outbound) 提供支援。

6. 有同类客户服务工作经验者优先.

Customer Service Representative

About the Role
You will be part of a small but dedicated team responsible for providingeffective solutions and handling general enquiries from our customers based inNew Zealand and Australia. You will need to be comfortable working in afast-paced environment dealing with customers over the phone, email, and socialmedia.
Your commitment to customer experience, accurate and efficient work, andconfidence multitasking will lead to your success in this role.

Start Date
With immediate start, You will be working from Monday to Friday based in EastTamaki, Auckland.

Skills & Experience
We're looking for applicants who:

Have experience providing excellent customer service
Have a positive, proactive approach to work
Take pride in their ability to listen, assess a situation, and provide effective solutions
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. (English and Chinese is essential)
The ability to pick things up quickly and retain knowledge
Are flexible and able to adapt on the fly to a diverse range of queries
Enjoy self-directed work within a team
Able to assist in our outbound call centre when required
